Check Spam/Junk Folder: Navigate to your email's Spam or Junk folder to look for an email from admin@cktmatter.org. If you find the email there, mark it as “Not Spam” or move it to your inbox to ensure future communications arrive in your main inbox.
Email Tabs: If your email client sorts emails into tabs (like Gmail's "Promotions" or "Updates" tabs), make sure to check all tabs for the confirmation email.
Search your email: Use your email client's search function and enter "admin@cktmatter.org" to find any emails from this address in all of your folders.
Email Delay: Occasionally, there may be a delay in email delivery. Please allow up to a few hours for the email to arrive before taking further action.
Resend Email: If the email is nowhere to be found, return to the login page on our website. Use the Resend Confirmation Email option if you're missing the confirmation email. If it's the reset password email you haven't received, select the Forgot your password? option to try again.
Click Forgot your password? in the log in page. Enter your email address and follow the instructions in the email you will receive.
On your Home page, under the My Current Data Collections section, click on New data collection.
On your Home page, under the My Current Data Collections section, click on Edit on the row for the data collection you want to change the dates.
On your Home page, under the My Current Data Collections section, click on View on the row for the data collection you want to see. The status column in the shown table will show Completed for users that have finished the activities.
On your Home page, click on Manage in the row corresponding to the class where you have found the user you do not recognize.
If the user is not supposed to be part of your class, click Remove from class in the user's row.
Confirm that you want to remove the user from the class.
Ask the user to enroll again by going to the class autoenroll url and logging in with their existing account.
In the top navigation bar, click on Reports. Click on Export Data for the group you want to see the Background Questionnaire answers.
On the top right menu click on Export Answers and scroll down until you find the Background Questioner table.
In the top navigation bar, click on Reports. Click on Export Data for the group you want to download data.
On the top right menu click on Export Scores or Export Answers. Every table shown in the export has two buttons at the bottom left: one to download the table as a csv file and one to download the table as an excel file.

Select the report you want to see from the right top menu or from the description's table.

The Background Questionnaire is shown only to users who consent to participate in the study. If a user does not consent, they will not see the Background Questionnaire and will not have answers for it.
Additionally, if data collection is set up with pre and post-tests, individuals are shown the Background Questionnaire only during the pre-test. If an individual doesn't answer the pre-test but does answer the post-test, then they are shown the Background Questionnaire in the post-test. In this case, they will have answers for the Background Questionnaire from the post-test.
In the top navigation bar, click on Items. Click View on the row for the item you want to see.

Items are tags based on Grade, Work of Teaching Science (WoTS) area, Content area and groups of items use in reports.
Beside item names, the following searches are available (use double quotes to get exact matches):
